Every order is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Our goal is to make your shopping experience a pleasant one and to provide you excellent quality products and excellent customer service. The terms governing your purchase are listed below:
- 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: If I am not completely satisfied with any product, FarmaSea LLC will replace it without charge or provide me credit for the purchase price (less shipping and handling). I am entitled to a refund of the purchase price (less S & H) if I return the unused portion within 90 days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number written on the exterior of the package. I can request an RMA by calling Customer Service at 812-962-3704
- Order Assurance Program: I may qualify for discounts off the regular retail price on products I place on the Order Assurance Program. . I agree to receive a fresh supply of my chosen Order Assurance Program product(s) every 30 or 90 days, depending on the product and quantity ordered. I can modify my Order Assurance Program account at any time.
- Payment Authorization: I authorize FarmaSea LLC™ to withdraw payment equal to only the price in accordance with my customer status plus shipping and applicable sales tax from the credit card or bank account above. I agree to pay a $10.00 service fee if my check or charge is dishonored for any reason.
- Cancellation: I may cancel my Order Assurance Program at any time with no minimum purchase obligation. Cancellations must be made two (2) weeks prior to the next scheduled shipment date. I understand that by canceling, I am subject to the full retail prices and will no longer qualify to receive discounts up to 25% off.
- Notifications: I consent to Sea-Plants.com emailing or calling me regarding its products, services, and other topics that may be of interest or benefit to me.
